Job Summary
Provides administrative leadership; strategic direction and management for all aspects of the organization's programs in performance improvement, regulatory compliance, and infection prevention.
Education
• Bachelors Degree : in a related field (Required)
• Masters Degree : in related field (Preferred)
• Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Licenses and Certifications
• RN-LIC - PA Registered Nurse License (Preferred)
• LSSBB - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Preferred)
• CPHQ - Cert Prof Healthcare Quality (Preferred)
• CPHRM - Cert Prof Healthcare Risk Management (Preferred)
Experience
• 5 Years experience in managing quality improvement systems in a health care environment. (Required)
• General Experience in and knowledge of regulatory and accrediting bodies, regulations and standards (Required)
• General experience and knowledge of performance improvement methods such as Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, Rapid Cycle PDSA, GAP Analysis, and Reengineering. (Required)
